She follows a strict healthy eating plan, exercises daily and always looks immaculate.
But Jesinta Campbell has admitted she's not always so well-behaved, especially after a few alcoholic beverages and once woke up with a new tattoo after a night out.
Speaking on The Today Show she explained what she splashes the cash on after a drunken night out: 'I always go for a burger and I've woken up with a tattoo before.'

Wild nights out! Jesinta Campbell has admitted she's not always so well-behaved, especially after a few alcoholic beverages and has once woken up with a new tattoo after a night out
When asked by Tim Gilbert if the inking she's referring to is the initials of her fiance Lance 'Buddy' Franklin she has penned onto the side of her right breast, Jesinta said: 'It's just a little star.'
The 23-year-old model, who appeared a little red-faced after the intimate questioning on live television, refused to reveal what body part she'd had the drunken mistake etched onto.
However, in some bikini shots obtained by the Daily Mail Australia last year, it's believed the delicate inking is positioned on the left-hand side of her lower boob.

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty went on to say that she can't stop herself reaching for a greasy burger after hitting the bottle but always regrets gorging on the meaty feast the following day.
Jesinta, who appeared on the show alongside Tim and comedian Judith Lucy, added: 'They're probably the only two purchases [the burger and the tattoo] I've made that I've regretted.'
Despite munching on a burger after a night out, the stunner recently admitted she can't eat anything made from wheat, barley or rye because she's gluten intolerant.
She told The Australian's Women's Weekly magazine: 'I'm gluten intolerant so that governs a lot of the choices I make when it comes to what I eat.'
'I just keep it pretty simple, lots of vegetables and fruit (organic where possible), good quality fish and chicken and a healthy balance of good oils like avocado and nuts,' she added.

However, Jesinta also said that she regularly indulges in chocolate, particularly peanut M&Ms, because she doesn't believe in denying herself as long as she's healthy 80 per cent of the time.
Although, she does make up for the calorific sweet treats by exercising regularly, mixing up the cardio portions of her routine on a regular basis.
The fashionista swears by Xtend Barre, a ballet inspired workout that strengthens and tones muscles, but also enjoys a good old fashion run.

'As women I think we all like to keep our behinds nice and toned. Running, squats and Pilates are great ways to keep a perky butt,' she said.
Although, it's not the brunette beauty's backside that's made headlines in the past year as she recently sparked a debate after she admitted to having a breast augmentation as a teenager.
The star's admission even cost her a lucrative endorsement deal with not one but two lingerie companies - Bendon and Wonderbra.

'It's a very personal choice and there are lots of things to take into consideration before moving forward,' she said.
Jesinta confirmed to The Daily Telegraph in July 2013 that she had a 'small procedure' which took the model from a natural AA cup to a 12B, in size.
And it's something the WAG seems to have mixed feelings about - first revealing if she had her time again, she wouldn't have chosen the cosmetic procedure, before last year deciding to own it.
